Review
The annual feast of China base oil industry - the 3rd China Base Oil Conference had come to a successful close on September 14th 2009 in Nanjing. This event has attracted over 200 top management officials from domestic and overseas base oil companies, one third of which were overseas representatives. The majority of attendees were general managers, chairmen and senior management officials. Meanwhile, it also served delegates an efficient networking platform like Welcome Cocktail Party, Gala Dinner, and Networking Luncheon.
